These terms are the agreement between you and Senior Puzzles Daily (“we”, “us”) about using this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Free use
You can play one free Easy puzzle of each kind every day, with your progress kept on your device. No account is needed. Membership is coming soon; when it opens, the terms for it (what it includes, billing, cancelling and refunds) will be added here before anyone is asked to pay. We may improve, add to or change the puzzles and how they are chosen or scheduled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or harvest the puzzles, clues, quotations or other content by automated means;
- resell, redistribute, publish or share the puzzles for a commercial purpose;
- interfere with the site, its security, or other people’s use of it, or send it harmful code or an excessive number of requests.
Printing or sharing a puzzle with friends and family for personal enjoyment is fine.
Our content and credits
The puzzles, the way they are put together, the clues and the design of the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them on the site for your own enjoyment. Cryptograms use short quotations, proverbs and sayings, which remain the work of their authors or are traditional. We credit the author of each quotation we know, and if you spot a mistake in a credit, please tell us through the contact page, or email hello@seniorpuzzlesdaily.com and we will correct it.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the site available and the puzzles correct, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available or free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or enjoyment, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the business is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the place where you live still apply.
